Óscar Tojo

Óscar has divided his career between education and training, having been a teacher of UEFA courses and a professor at academic institutions renowned worldwide such as the Faculty of Human Motricity in Portugal. As a coach, he has already represented clubs such as UD Leiria, CD Nacional, Santos Laguna and Cruz Azul in Mexico, considering himself today as a Methodologist in Football Training.

 

João Nuno Fonseca

Since the end of his academic career, João has always sought to create his brand in football, having started his professional career at the service of Académica OAF, later going through a period outside Portugal at Academy Aspire, National Team of Qatar and FC Nantes, before joining SL Benfica's U-23 team as the Assistant Coach.

 

Márcio Sampaio

“Discovering new projects also involves the daily appreciation of our work and the contacts we have throughout our professional careers”

After going through academy football and all echelons of the portuguese football, from the amateur to the professional context, today, Márcio is one of the most renowned coaches with responsibilities in the areas of physical preparation and recovery, having won the Brazilian Championship in 2019, Super Cup of Brazil, Recopa Sudamericana and the famous Copa Libertadores, at the service of CR Flamengo after working with clubs around the world such as Sporting CP, Al Hilal, among others.

 

Pepa

"For me experience is not age but living context situations"

Pedro Miguel most known as Pepa, started his career as a player. Worked at SL Benfica as Youth Academy Coordinator before start his head coach career ascension from the bottom to the professional teams in Portuguese National First League such as CD Tondela and FC Paços de Ferreira.

 

João Tralhão

“The opportunity always comes from the fit between the club and coach profile”

After eighteen years in SL Benfica Youth Academy teams ending up as U-23 Head Coach, João Tralhão headed to Monaco FC to work as Assistant Head Coach in the club first team. João has in his career several collective and individual achievements such as the two National Championships for SL Benfica U-19s and the 2018 Coach of the Year award.

“For me competence can be at any level”

After several years working at youth teams, João Santos became National Runner Up as Head Coach of CF Belenenses U-19 team in 2017/18 receiving in the following year the “José Maria Pedroto” award for professional merit and success reached at the 14th ANTF National Congress. João continues to focus on his career progression with several internships in professional contexts in Portugal and abroad such as the one held at FC Barcelona in 2019. João has also contributed to the players training and placement in high performance professional contexts in the Portuguese National Team and First Portuguese Leagues clubs.

 

Domingos Paciência

“It’s crucial that we gather knowledge and be aware of what is happening in different championships”

Former professional football player, Domingos Paciência has a vast experience as professional coach in some european leagues such as the Cypriot, Turkish, Spanish and Portuguese National first Leagues. Since the beginning of his Coach career in 2001, Domingos achieved the final of 2010/11 Europa League with SC Braga as runner-up and finished as national champion in Cyprus A Kategoria in 2015/16.

 

Francisco Guimarães

“I want to reach the football international peak as a coach”

Francisco started his career at 15 years old in national U-19 context as Assistant Coach. Since then Francisco had the possibility to observe high level professional coaches such as José Mourinho and Marco Silva and get into the portuguese main sports channel - Sport TV - as commentator and football analyst.
